The care giver spirit/Lo spirito del donare

Ho sempre avuto problemi a stringere amicizie vere.

Come mi sento oggi?

From my birth I taught that do not be mistreated my my mother I needed to take care of her and try to solve problems beloging my family. My father was destructive and absent. My life as child was especially depended on the mood of my mother.
I do not truly remember my first childhood years.I am sure I have had many problems tighten true friendships. I became a kind of shade for very few friends little girls, possessive and present in some way. I needed to be loved, accepted and validated and to make sure of it I was predicting my friend's needs and satisfy them.
As an adult I've chosen a hypercritical partner toward me, who have been treated me for 23 years as a person who could be perfect, if she would "extinguish her brain" and did exactly what he tells me to rate and when he tells me to do so.A  kind of woman listening to his plans and put them into done, as he could do them.
But now I see that his believing always perfect, the continuum negatively labelling me, not to notice me, not appreciating me is something that do not depend by what I do.For decades I thought to committing errors, being guilty of the way he treated me, being able to arrange things.
Today I admit that this man would notice, appreciate and would love a different woman. In my mind what has generated a deep pain and despair, now is becoming a reality to be acknowledged. I will never be enough for him and I live with him just to punish myself because I do believe I am not enough. I see how I hidden my emotions, my pain, my past trauma history, things that I love because I am ashamed of who I am. Because everything belonging to me annoys him.I do not feel accepted and love unconditional.

How do I feel today? A great sadness grips my throat, I'd rather die than feeling this pain.
